Kenneth L. Adams, 84, passed away Wednesday July 22 at his home in Bryan. Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 25 at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery.

Kenneth was born April 27, 1931 in Seminole, Oklahoma the son of Vincie and Eula (Lewis) Adams. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Kenneth worked as the parts manager for Beal Ford in Bryan and retired after 30 years of service. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 4692.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Connie Cooper; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Porter and Vera Gentry; and a brother-in-law, Elton Gentry.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Opal Adams of Bryan; son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Teresa Adams of Bryan; son-in-law, Dr. J.F. Cooper of Bryan; brothers and sister-in-law, Quenton Adams of Lebanon, MO; Donald and Lucille Adams of Cowiche, WA; sisters-in-law, Patsy Winn of Bryan, Wanda Gentry of Ft. Worth; grandchildren, Jeffrey Cooper, Abbie Rusek and husband Chris, Kyla Adams and fiancé Larry Vega; great-grand-children, Cooper and Carter Rusek, Tyler Pitts and Madison Soltis.

The family would like to thank Dr. Kumud Tripathy and his staff, and the nursing staff of Hospice Brazos Valley for the care they gave to Kenneth.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley, 502 W 26th St. Bryan, Texas 77803.
