William was born to John J Fisher and Virginia Childers. He is found in the 1880 census in Telico Township in St. Francis County, Arkansas. He is believed to be buried in the Hughes Cemetery along with his other family members. he probably died as a baby because he is not listed in any other census records I can find. Virginia and John listed on another census record that they had lost other children as well.
