Dr. Boogher's specialty was genito-urinary surgery. He was in private practice & was a professor at Washington School of Medicine, St. Louis. A graduate of Hiawassee College, Madisonville, KY & of St. Louis Medical College, 1892. Post graduate studies Berlin, Vienna & Paris; & in hospitals of London.

He married Daisy Belle Eville in St. Louis, 1899. She died in 1911 & he later married Minnie Marsh daughter of Searing Marsh & Angeline Smith Marsh.
