She was married to Keith Bolt on June 6, 1948 who preceded her on August 6, 2008.
Surviving is her daughter Pam Ahart & husband Mike, two grandson, Jeff Ahart & wife Kelly and a great grandchild on the way, Jason Ahart & wife Lindsay & three great grandsons, Cannon Robert Ahart, Britton Michael Ahart, & Barron “Bear” James Ahart., several nieces, nephews & cousins.
She was a member in the First Baptist Church of Eldon where she had been a very active member as long as her health permitted doing various jobs within the church. She served as president of Evening Euterpean Club for five years; was president of TOPS for several years, she was past 1st president and 2nd vice president of PTA. She also was a former member of the Eldon Country Club. Her church and her family were her first priorities. She was a homemaker but had worked in the ladies-ready-to-wear business many years and had been a buyer at one time for Reeds Dept. Store. She continued serving on the telephone prayer chain for the church as long as her health permitted.
Her wishes were to be cremated and service arrangements will be planned at a later date at the Eldon City Cemetery.
Memorials in her name are suggested to the American Diabetes Association or Eldon Friends of Animals.
