Survived by wife; son, A.J. (Katie) Dorsey of Gowrie; grandson, Drew; granddaughter, Charlie; brothers, Tom of Fort Dodge; Jon of Farnhamville; Joe of Callender; sisters, Michel (Roger) Swanson of Twin Lakes; DyAnn (Irv) Fiala of Callender; Kathy (Dennis) Peterson of Gowrie; Kristy (Rex) Blunk of Mendota, IL; Sara (Tom) Barkley of W. Des Moines; Mary Dorsey of W Des Moines; and brother-in-law Dale Christensen of Callender. He was a member of Saviour's Lutheran Church. Burial in Callender Cemetery with Military Rites by American Legion Peterson Post #431, Gowrie.
