Hazel will be remembered as a loving Mother, MeMa, MeMe, and Aunt. Though all her years she was a positive, loving force in her family and extended family. She will leave a big void for all those who knew her and will be missed dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Koch, sisters and brother.
Survivors include son, Robert 'Bobby' Koch Jr.; daughter, Rita Koch Cepak and husband, James Cepak; grandchildren, John Koch, and wife, Robyn Koch, Scott Koch, and Vanessa Cepak Hausam and husband, Daryl Hausam; and Jessie Cepak; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Hausam, and Connor Louis Koch and many special nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 2:00pm at First Methodist Church in Palacios, Texas. Rev. David King and Pastor Louis Rush officiating. Burial to follow at a later date.
