Edith Lucille “Shug” Arnold, went home to the Lord, Sunday, October 19, 2014. Edith was born August 5, 1927 in Needville, Texas the late Anthus and Gladys Laxson Kelley.
Edith was a loving and devoted mother, Nannie, sister, aunt & friend, always putting others before herself. She had the most generous heart and touched many lives with her presence. Edith is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, daughter, brother and sister.
Funeral service 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014 at the Palacios Funeral Home. Burial to follow at the Palacios Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00-8:00P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to VFW Post #2467 in Palacios.
