Smithville STARNES, Odell Age 65. Died Wednesday morning at Smith County Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Starnes was the owner of Big Rock Market at the Center Hill Dam.
Survived by his wife, Mrs. Violet Fuson Starnes; daughter, Mrs. Janice D. Martin; two grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Eva Burton, Silver Point Community, Mrs. Johnnie Kelly, Calif., Mrs. Jollie Fay Watts, Baxter, two brothers, Lee Starnes of Silver Point and Alton Starnes of Cookeville.
Mr. Starnes was a World War II Veteran.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Chapel of Walker Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the DeKalb County Memorial Gardens in Smithville. WALKER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 597-4321
