Barbara Bergkamp passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at St. Mary's Hospital. Age 63 yeaers. The daughter of the late George and Gertrude (Kingry) Feith was born June 19, 1939 in Saginaw. She married Norman Bergkamp, June 1, 1957. He survives her. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church. Surviving are two sons and two daughters, Jeffrey; Douglas; and Elizabeth Bergkamp, all of Saginaw; Anna Bergkamp, AL; nine grandchildren, a sister and a brother, Judy Haukap, WY; Ronnie Feith, Saginaw; several nieces; and nephews; aunts; and uncles.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2002, at SS. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church. Rev. Robert DeLand will officiate, with burial in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd., from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday where they will meet at 7:00 p.m. for a Vigil Service. Friends may then call at the church from 9:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Right to Life.
