Mr. Clark, you served in the same division in France as my wifes great uncle. Uncle Elmer did not come home as he died of wounds, September 1918. Perhaps the two of you were friends. It is a big world in some ways, very small in others. Rest in Peace.

This burial was originally in the Old Mammoth Cemetery but was moved to the new Mammoth Valley View Cemetery. please put a note saying that it was moved to the Mammoth Valley View Cemetery from the old Mammoth Cemetery.

Christopher Columbus Clark is the son of Joseph and Lucy Clark. He was born Oct 1892 in Arizona according to the 1900 Census. According to his WWI draft registration card he was born October 23, 1893 in Mammoth, Arizona.

He was a Foreman with his father's business Joseph L Clark & Sons in Mammoth, Arizona. During WWI he served in the 342nd Machine Gun Battalion in 89th Division.

Christopher was married to Annie Burt and on the 1930 Census for Mammoth, Pinal Arizona they had one son, Harold H Clark born about 1920 in Arizona.
