He was an Army veteran and a truck driver for Railway Express Agency.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Hazel Hendricks; daughter, Lisa (Richard) Hawkins of Kingsport, Tennessee; niece, Roberta Hendricks; great-nephew, Gary (Zacharey) Fleshman, Jr.; and special friend of the family, Leslie O’Neal and children, all of Greenbrier.
Funeral service will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with burial following at Carter Cemetery.
