Hettie loved being outdoors, gardening, canning, fishing and she loved flowers. she was a great cook and made great homemade biscuits and jelly and she was a loving wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Della Blankenship, husband, Lonnie Thornton, 2 sons, Lonnie James Thornton and Steve Thornton, 2 grandchildren, Dean Carr and Christopher Rentza.
