"Mrs. Louisa Geyer, a former resident of Castroville and later of Delta, Bexar County, died at Cuero, Texas, Wednesday, April 6, 1932, having the age of 92 years. She leaves surviving 4 sons, 3 daughters: H. R., Otto, Willie, and Edmund, Mrs. Lena Welter, Mrs. Louis Heiser, and Mrs. Hattie Marquis, besides a large number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the chapel of the Riebe Undertaking Company at San Antonio Friday, April 8 at 3:00 P.M. Interment was made in San Jose Burial Park" (Mann Family History, p. 134).
