On August 20, 1876 as Lucy Ann Harper, she married George E. Decker. On March 4, 1911 as Lucie Decker, she married George H. Hoeg in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. He died in May 1916. On November 24, 1917 as Lucy A. Hoeg, she married Edward H. Treasure in Donora, Pennsylvania.

[Florence] Powell, 1209 Geranium Street Northwest, Lucy Ann Treasure (nee Decker-Harper), aged 79 years. Funeral from the above residence, Saturday, November 21, at 3PM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Rock Creek Cemetery.
