Rosalia was born in Llomza, Poland. She married first to Alexander Perkosky(i) in Llomza, Podlaski, Poland in 1883. She married second to Walter Jaconski on March 19,1922 in Hazleton, PA. On their marriage application the name is Yanunski but on other information it is Yacunski. In the obituary in the paper it is Jaconski.

Birth and death information is from her death certificate. She died of dehydration due to Pneumonia. She died at Retreat Mental Hospital in Newport. Her last residence was at 666 Alter Street, Hazleton, Pa living with her daughter Laura Bera.

I believe her fathers last name is pronounced Shada because I have found it spelled that way in several places. On the marriage certificate to Yaconski it was Seda.
