A sad death occurred Wednesday morning at 2 o'clock when Mrs. Robert Fesenmaier breathed her last at her home on North Minnesota Street. Mrs. Fesenmaier had not been in the best of health for many years, but her condition did not become serious until about a week before her demise when she suffered a hemorrhage. She grew steadily worse until Wednesday morning when she passed away.
The deceased whose maiden name was Agnes Sedo was born at Beaver Dam, Wis., January 15, 1870, and was therefore only 45 years old when she died. She grew to womanhood in her native home, coming to New Ulm shortly before her marriage to her surviving husband, Robert Fesenmaier, at Holy Trinity Church May 16, 1898. Three children were born to them, Raymond, Robert, and Otto who with the father mourn the untimely death of their mother. She is also survived by her father, Martin Sedo, a sister, Mrs. Mary Sieg and a brother Peter Sedo, all of whom reside in Minneapolis.
At the time of her death, Mrs. Fesenmaier was a member of the Mother Society of the local church and of St. Ann's Court W.C.O.F. She was highly though of by the members of both societies on account of her earnest and unselfish work. The funeral held from the Catholic church Saturday morning. Rev. Schlinkert officiated and interment was made in the Catholic cemetery.
