Darlene W. Pope, 75, of Shelton, Conn., formerly of Dun­cansville, entered into rest Saturday at Bishop Wicke Health Care Center.

She was the wife of the late Paul E.Pope.

She was born in Dun­cansville, daughter of the late Orville and Ida Bowser McKee.

She was a resident of Stratford, Conn., for many years before moving to Shelton 10 years ago.

Mrs. Pope was a former member of Foot of Ten Bible Church.

She was the beloved mother of: Ron, Tom and Chris Pope; and sister of: Clyde, Donald and Paul McKee.

She is also survived by five loving grand­children, four great-grandchil­dren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, Conn.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service at

11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, 2006, at Foot of Ten Independent Bible Church, 1130 Foot of Ten Road, Duncansville.

Burial will fol­low at Greenfield Cemetery.
