Miss Emma Thompson, 41, Town of Eaton resident who has been in Chicago for the past year, died Wednesday following a lingering illness. Survivors include the father, Sever Thompson of Eaton; two sisters, Mrs. John DeBraak of Cicero, Ill., and Mrs. James Moring of Evanston, Ill; one brother, Joseph on the home farm in Eaton.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Berge funeral home in Valders and at 2 o’clock at the West Valders church. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Friday evening until the hour of the services.
