Florence Odessa(Betty) Morris first married "Ira Burton Blair". They had one son, James Burton Blair (aka: Jimmy). They divorced and she later married Kenneth Leroy Morris. They had no children together, but he had four from a prior marriage (Kenneth, Leonard, Cheryl, and Alice Morris). Betty was an LPN nurse and worked and retired as a nurse from the Valley View Nursing Home in Akron, Ohio. Shortly after retiring, she and Ken moved to Southern Ohio where she quickly developed and progressed with Alzheimner's Disease. She passed away in a Wadsworth, Ohio nursing home. She was extremely close to her sister, Ivy (Blair) Godbey. Her mother and father were Icy Pearl and Kenna Bryon Godbey. Her brothers and sisters were Inez, Ivy, Irene, Walter, and Waldo Godbey. She is buried beside her second husband, Kenneth Morris, and her sister Ivy will be buried beside her as well.
