DEATH OF FRANK BERSHAW - Frank Bershaw, son of Mrs. Mary Bershaw of Genesee, passed away at his home in Walla Walla, Washington, Tuesday afternoon, September 9, at the age of 34 years, the direct cause of death being a fall, when he struck his head.

Mr. Bershaw was born on a farm near Uniontown, where he resided with his parents for a number of years. In 1910 he was married to Miss Gertrude Konen of Uniontown. To this union three children were born - two sons and a daughter - Wallace, aged 13, and Esther and Estel, twins, aged nine years, who with their mother, survive. He is also survived by his mother, Mrs Mary Bershaw, and five brothers - George and Fred of Genesee, Eugene of Lewiston, Ernest and Louis of Genesee.

Funeral services were held from St. Mary's Catholic Church Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Father Godschalx, pastor of the church, with interment in the Catholic cemetery.

The pallbearers were Joe N. Hasfurther, T. Driscoll, Edwin Smolt, Henry Lorang, Chas. Grieser and Joe Tobin.
