He died in the Tulsa, OK hospital. His widow, Eunice Sarah (Swift) Hightower, now age 93 (Nov 2011), is still living at their home in Vinita, OK. Her parents, grandparents are buried in Bluejacket cemetery and that's why they buried their first little son there, then Roscoe and then their second son, Ross Hightower.
