Adrianna "Anna" De Witt, 82, of Zeeland, died Monday morning, Aug. 5, 2002, in an area care center.
She was a member of Vriesland Reformed Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis, in 1982, and by a daughter, Mary Leith, in 2000.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State St., with the Rev. Randy De Pree officiating. Burial will be in Vriesland Cemetery. Visiting is 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
