William is the son of Felix Newton Ferrell and Nancy Bly Johnson Ferrell.

WILLIAM C. FARRELL OF PARMA DIES

William Christopher Farrell, Parma, died at a local nersing home at noon Thursday. Farrell was Born August 25, 1871 in Edmonton County, Kentucky. Survivors are two sons, Walter Farrell of Eureka, California and Henry of Williams, Oregon: five daughters, Ethel Clarey of Parma; Edith Pappas of Weiser; Edna Cone of Parma; Esther Cleveland of Grants Pass, Ore.; Elsie Russo of San Jose, California; one brother, Fay N. Farrell of Kalamath Falls, Ore.; five sisters, Katie Bowles of Lewiston; Della Bowles of Ashland Ore,: Anna Breashears of Portland, Ore.; Zoola Coonrod of Boise; Nellie Hanson, Fruitland; 31 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildrent. Services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Monday at the Peckham-Dakan Chapel with Dr. Robert C. Shupe of Roswell officiating. Internment will be at Parma. Farrell came to the Boise Valley from Kentucky by covered wagon in 1890. Enroute the family stopped at the present site of TwinFalls, pulled up sagebrush for a fire and camped there. He married Mary Hannah McKissick at Boise Aug. 1, 1895. Farrell farmed at Weiser, where Mrs. Farrell died 04 April 1941 and then moved to Parma.
