Harvey Clyde Bingman, 74, of Hyndman, died Saturday, December 28, 1974, in Cumberland Memorial Hospital. He was born October 7, 1900, at R.D. 1, Buffalo Mills, a son of the late Jesse and Malissa (Gillum) Bingman. He was first married to Marion Louise Bingman and she preceded him in death on December 2, 1943, and second to Katie (Shroyer) Troutman and she preceded him in death on January 4, 1971. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Mae slack (sic), of Hurley, New York; and Mrs. Dorothy Jean Cook, of Mantua, Ohio; four stepsons, Homer, Floyd and Carl Troutman, all of R.D. 1, Hyndman; Robert Troutman, of Brunswick, Ohio; four stepdaughters, Mrs. Idella Albright and Mrs. Marie Lowery, both of Hyndman; Mrs. Betty Leydig, R.D. 1, Buffalo Mills: and Mrs. Lois Leister, of Aurora, Ohio; three brothers, James R. Bingman, Buffalo Mills; Herman S. Bingman, of Ellerslie; John Bingman, of Hyndman; two sisters, Mrs. Karl Dawson and Mrs. Maggie Ranker, both of R.D. 1, Buffalo Mills; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mr. Bingman was a retired employee of Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Company and a member of the Hyndman Volunteer Fire Company. Funeral services: Today, Monday, December 30, at 1 p.m. at the Zeigler Funeral Home in Hyndman, with the Rev. John D. Miller officiating. Burial in Madley (sic) Cemetery, Buffalo Mills.
