She was a Christian, a member of Rye Hill Baptist Church and was a retired English and typing teacher in the Greenwood Public School System. She was the widow of George Neece Jr.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rye Hill Baptist Church with burial at Steep Hill Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Garrett of Broken Arrow, Okla.; a son, George Neece of Fort Smith; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-greatgrandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Charles and John Garrett and Joel, Aaron, David and Johnathan Neece.
