She was born October 9, 1930 to parents Walter O. & Mildred L. (Wolff) Terman in Mansfield. Myrle graduated from Lexington High School with the class of 1948. On December 15, 1950, she married Cloyd Huvler; they shared 64 wonderful years of marriage and together raised five children.
Myrle worked diligently to create a loving home and enjoyed sewing, embroidering, and canning. But above all, Myrle cherished spending time with her family. In younger years, she enjoyed bowling, camping, and following her husband to sheep shows.
Myrle was a faithful member of Steam Corners United Methodist Church, and also enjoyed participating with the Good Sam Club, and Jugs Corner Grange.
She is survived by her loving husband, Cloyd Huvler of Lexington; five children & spouses: Pastor Millissa Hartson of Lexington, Dale & Kyle Huvler of Lexington, Tom & Karen Huvler of Lexington, Brenda & Dave Thompson of Ontario, and Sarah & Barth Burgett of Fredericktown; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Mary & Gene Heidlebaugh of Lexington, Margaret Stone of Lucas, and Jane Beuk of Alabama; and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law Michael Hartson; a sister Martha Nordstrom; a brother Olen Terman.
Her family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home where a funeral service honoring her life will follow at 7 p.m. Pastor Heidi Welch will officiate and although no graveside service will be held, she will be buried in Oak Grove Memorial Park near Lexington.
Contributions in her memory to Steam Corners United Methodist Church may be made at the funeral home.
