Huntingdon---Alva Cora Brewer, 96, retired seamstress for Modern Cleaners, died of heart failure Wednesday at Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Dilday Funeral Home with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. She was a member of Huntingdon First Baptist Church. Mrs. Brewer, the widow of Claude L. Brewer, leaves a daughter, Sue Sweany of Germantown; a sister, Priestly Dodson of Brentwood; a brother, A. L. Pickler of Medina, two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
