Thurman "Beadie" Nelson, 92, of Hayesville died Sunday, September 26, 2004 in a Towns County, Georgia hospital. A native and lifelong resident of Clay County, he was a son of the late James Monroe and Dora Lou Dailey Nelson. He was a retired lumber inspector with Magnavox and was a member of the Chatuge Hills Assembly of God.
Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Carrie Belle Moore Nelson; three daughters, three sons, three sisters, a brother and 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and a great great grandson.
