Albert was the son of Harvey W. Bishop and Bell M. Russell.

He never married. In 1940 he was living in Albany, VT. His widowed sister, Adeline (Bishop) Platt was living with him on his farm. His farm was valued at $6500.

He didn't have a Will when he died. His estate was probated in Orleans County on Oct 19, 1942 and is listed in Vol. 113 pages 388-397. His property was sold and everything was probably given to his only surviving sibling, Adeline. His nephew, Harvey W. Bishop,son of John Nathan Bishop and Lucy Lampson, was his administrator.

Adeline had him buried in this cemetery. She died in 1946 and is also buried here, but it is unknown if she was still in VT or had returned to NH.
