Ada Radford Dysart, age 86, of Caroleen, N.C. died Sunday, April 12, 2015, at Willow Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center.
Born Jan. 5, 1929, in Rutherford County, N.C. she was a daughter of the late Horace Radford and Florence Butler Radford.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel.
