My paternal Aunt (my Dad's only sister).

Mary Jean, 59, was the oldest child & daughter of Charles Anthony Sr. and Mary Francis (Harding) Spalding.

She was married to Claude Seward and later divorced.

Then she was married to Charles "Bub" Brown and divorced.

Lastly, she married Larry Foster and was living with him in Wideman, Arkansas, at the time of her death.

Aunt Mary Jean passed away at age 59 in Fulton County Hospital, Salem, AR.

Her husband had her cremated before any of her family was notified. Her original stone read "Foster", but my Dad had it replaced with another one that reads "Spalding".

Her husband survives, along with Claude's two daughters: Rachel & Claudia, and Charles' two children: Nancy & Charles.

We sure miss that smile.

Cause of death: Complications of Rheumatoid Arthritis

My heartfelt gratitude for Ed Leffew's never-ending generosity & kindness in sponsoring my Aunt's memorial. May God love & bless him and give him comfort in his own loss.
