Patsy “Pat” Irene Berzina, 81 of Gering, Nebraska passed away November 22, 2010 at Regional West Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held on November 27, 2010 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Scottsbluff. Interment will follow at East Lawn Cemetery in Minatare. Pat was born on February 5, 1929 in Minatare, Nebraska, the daughter of James and Hilda (Rehder) Garman. She grew up in Minatare, where she met and then married Albert “Bud” Berzina in 1946. They raised one son, Jim. They enjoyed 64 years of a loving, wonderful life together. They lived in western Nebraska area until they settled in Scottsbluff-Gering area in 1955.
