OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)
Mrs. Charles Wallace died Friday morning at 10:25 o'clock in her home, 324 West Hill Street after several years illness of heart trouble. Mrs. Wallace was a life resident of this community having been born north of Wabash in the Bachelor Creek neighborhood.

She was a member of the Christian church and took part in the activities of the church until her health made it impossible for her to continue. Mrs. Wallace was also a member of the Glenn Bible class and the Jefferson Literary Club.

Lillian Elizabeth Stone was the daughter of William T. and Elizabeth (Thomas) Stone. Her marriage to Charles Wallace took place in Wabash on Dec. 28, 1876. Mr. Wallace died in 1928.

Survivors include two sons, Lawrence L. Wallace of this city and William A. Wallace of Linton; a brother, Edward H. Stone of Wabash; two grandchildren, Mary Lavon Wallace McBride and Sherrel Jean Wallace; one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. C.B. Irelan is a niece.

Rev. Edgar Daughterty of Muncie assisted by Rev. Fred Wolff will be in charage of the funeral services which will be held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the residence on West Hill street. #Burial will be in Falls cemetery. The body will be returned from the Jones Funeral Home to the residence Friday evening.
