Curtis Ray Billie, 49, Tulsa, Oklahoma resident, died Friday, May 22, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Curtis was born May 27, 1965 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Cora Mae (McCulla) and Joe Johnson Billie, Sr.

Curtis was a Native American Artist, a member of Living Hope Baptist Church, and a member of the Seminole and Creek Nations.

He is survived by two sons, Joseph Billie of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Nicholas Billie of Colorado Springs, Colorado, three daughters, Kayla Billie, Krystina Billie and Ruby Billie all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five brothers Johnny Billie of Boley, Oklahoma, Johnny Sands of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Dusty Billie Sr., Jody Billie and Joe Billie Jr. all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five sisters, Betty Downing of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Martha Wind of Wetumka, Oklahoma, Rosanne Blalock of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bernice Cook of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Nell Starr of Wewoka, Oklahoma and one grandson Maddox Killien Hathaway Billie and his love Donna Chuculate of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jackie Beaver, William Billie, and his late wife, La Donna Stewart.

Funeral services are planned for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel. Wake services will be, Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 6-7:30 P.M. at the Funeral Chapel. Rev. Bill Hobia and Rev. Sandy Harjo will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Snake Creek Cemetery, east of Little, Oklahoma.

Casket bearers will be, Lawrence Downing, Noyah Lee Downing, Jacob Snipe, William Wind, Nathan Billie, and Kris Hill. Honorary bearers will be Matthew Billie, Dusty Billie, Jr. Joseph Billie III, Chebon Wind, Jeremy Gibson and Clayton Ingram.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Semniole, Oklahoma.
