Mrs. Grace Mae Guthrie, 70, 12308 42nd Ave. Dr. W Cortez died Wednesday in Manatee Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Cortez and was a member of the Church of Christ in Cortez.
She leaves her husband James O. Guthrie, Sr.; two daughters, Mrs. Jerry Shiver of Ruskin and Mrs. Barbara Holmes of Ft. Myers Beach; three sons, James O. Guthrie Jr. of Cortez; Maurice H. Guthrie of Ruskin and Ralph Sealzo of Bradenton; a sister, Mrs. Sally Moore of Cortez; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be Saturday at 2 pm in the Griffith-Cline Cortez Road Chapel. Burial in Palma Sola Cemetery.
