Nolas M. Walker, age 91, of Plunketville, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 in Mena. She was born January 23, 1924 in Plunketville, Oklahoma to the late Earnest Monroe Stewart and the late Mary McNutt Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ford Walker, son, Merle Walker, brother Quiency Stewart, sisters, Bessie Logan and Gladys Jacobs.
Survivors include two children, sister, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Funeral service will be Monday, May 18, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Church of the Nazarene in Cove with Brother Charles Sutton officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
Family and friends visitation will be Sunday, May 17, 2015, 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
