Jykeria 'Big Momma' Coffer, 15, of Waterloo died Friday, May 15 at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital, the victim of a shooting.

She was born June 27, 1999, the daughter of Kelvin Clark of Chicago and LaKisha Kuykendall of Waterloo.

Jykeria was a freshman at Waterloo East High School.

Jykeria was baptized at All nations Church. She was involved in playing the cello and received the Turnaround Award. She loved having her hair styled different, always had a positive attitude, a beautiful smile, and she loved her siblings and relatives. Her dream was to be a nurse.

She is survived by her parents; two sisters, Jalisca and Jamiya Kuykendall, both of Waterloo; one step-sister, Gabriella Clark of Chicago; three brothers, DeQuendes Glasper, ShaQuan and Diyrun Coffer, all of Waterloo; two step-brothers, Miquelle Miller and Kelvin Clark Jr., both of Waterloo; her grandmother, Mae Glasper; two aunts, Demetria Kuykendall and Sandy Glasper; and three uncles, Shannon Kuykendall, Jarvious Glasper, and Willie Daniels, all of Waterloo.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Jakeejah Kuykendall; her grandfathers, Willie Gene Glasper and Roosevelt Kuykendall; maternal great-grandparents, Willie and Willie Mae Glasper; great-grandparents, Alice L. Wright, Eugene and Margaret Clark; and great-great-grandmother, Leola Coleman.

Services were Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church, with burial in Fairview Cemetery in Waterloo.
