Violet Brooks Rampey Seeley, 80, of Liberty Highway, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Six Mile, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Lula Mae Brooks.

She was a longtime member of Golden Creek Baptist Church, and the Joy Group.

Surviving are her husband, Rodney R. Seeley of the home; two daughters, Robin Cox (Mike), and Kathy Stancil (Allen), all of Liberty; a sister, Olean Garner of Pelzer; two brothers, Charles Brooks of Greenville, and Tom Brooks of Anderson; 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Marion Henry Rampey; a daughter, Judy Masters; a son, Henry Joe "Jay" Rampey
(Nov 23, 1951-Mar 23, 2008); and great-granddaughter Ansley Claire Stancil.

Funeral services to honor Violet's life were held Monday May 18, 2015 at Golden Creek Baptist Church. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials were requested to Golden Creek Baptist Church, Joy Group, 477 Golden Creek Road, Liberty, SC 29657.
