Obituary
Vonda J. Lords
Funeral for Vonda J. Lords will be a 3 p.m. Friday at the Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints Stake Center 10509 S.E. Fifth St. Mrs. Lords died from chronic respiratory problems in a Vancouver hospital.
She was born in St. Anthony, Idaho and moved to Vancouver in 1948. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ninth Ward, in Vancouver. She was an office worker for Hi-School Pharmacy Inc.
She is survived by her husband, Loren K. of Vancouver; daughters, Tonia J. Goca and Norinda F. Ray, both of Vancouver, and Loresa K. Krieg of Jacksonville, N.C.; brothers, William E. Cotterell of Boise and Elray Andrus of Goshen, Ore.; sisters, Zella Johnson of Provo, Utah, Hazel Phelps, Lila Andrus and Grace Hilmer, all of Pocatello, Idaho, Nida Baker of Boise, Alice Orme of Sugar City, Idaho, and Lois Grube of Wisdom, Mont; and six grandchildren.
Mrs. Lord's casket will be open until noon Friday at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the American Lung Association.
