"Injury Fatal to Man Hit by Falling Tree
...stopped at Durand to watch a crew of men fell a tree...tree toppled toward the house. Before he could run to safety, Alberts was crushed under the heavy timber.
...Besides the widow, Mrs. Annie Alberts, four sons and one daughter survive Mr. Alberts. They are Charles, Walter, Arthur, Paul and Marion Alberts, all of Rockford. ..."
