Tillie B. Bowman, 77, a retired X-ray tech and surgical nurse, died Monday, May 11, 2015 at Baptist Medical Center-Leake.
Services were 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Wilcox Chapel with Bro. Perry McCall and Dan Gilchrist officiating. Burial was in Carthage Memorial Gardens. Wilcox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bowman was a native of Webster County and a member of Carthage Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Van Ray Bowman of Carthage; brothers, Buddy Bailey of Starr and Tom Brown Bailey of Eupora; sisters, Charlene Floyd of McGee and Sue Keen of Brandon; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were: Terry Thomas, James McLemore, Josh Stokes, Joe Andy Helton, John Gregory, Steve McLauren, Brad Ogletree, and Larry McMillian.
