CAPT. JONES TO BE BURIED IN CAVE HILL THIS MORNING
Funeral services for Capt. Edward P. Nones, U. S. A., who was drowned Thursday in Galveston harbor, will be held at 11 o'clock this morning ay the Highland Presbyterian church. Burial in Cave Hill. The body arrived yesterday and was taken to the home of his father, W. C. Nones, 1505 Edgewood avenue. The services will be conducted by the Rev. T. M. Hawes, pastor of the Highland Presbyterian church. Following are the pallbearers: Capt. N. J. Shelton, C. S. A.; Capt. H. F. Hatrick, U. S. A.; A. Lyen Bernheim, Evarts Speed, W. Pratt Dale, James J. Hayes, John Powers and Howard McBride.

U. S. SOLDIERS DROWNED
Tank Steamer sinks a Government Barge.
Galveston, Tex. Jan. 13 - Captain E. P. Nones, Medical Corps. United States Army, attached to the Coast Artillery at Fort Crockett, Tex., and three privates were drowned in Galveston channel this morning when the government bridge J-B-L6, was run down and sunk by the tank steamer Charles E. Harwood.

Louisville, Ky., Jan 16. - Capt. Edward P. Nones was a member of a wealthy Louisville family. He was married in Yonkers, N. Y., shortly after graduation from West Point in 1909 to Miss Elizabeth Madssen, of Louisville. The couple recently were divorced.

His daughter, Elizabeth Francis Nones was his heir from the will dated June 18, 1914.
