Graveside services for Elaine Gunn Grissom will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery with the Revs. Edward McKeithen and John Coch officiating. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Grissom, 84, of Meridian, died Sunday, April 7, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include two sons, Jackie Grissom and his wife, Linda, of Collierville, Tenn., and Jerry Grissom and his wife, Avis, of Meridian; a grandson, Jerry Grissom of Birmingham, Ala.; granddaughters, Paige McDonald, J.J. Haarala, Aspen Grissom and Kelley Futch; four great-grandchildren, John Michael McDonald, Rodney Warren McDonald, Ridge Haarala and Lauren Haarala; a brother, Edward Gunn of Bailey; sisters, Margaret McKeithen of Eight Mile, Ala., Frances Grissom of Gulf Breeze, Fla., Carleen Miles of Center Hill and Jewel Cox of Pensacola, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Harrington Grissom.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Miles, Clifton Miles, Dennis Gunn, Charles McKeithen, Don McKeithen, Keith Cox, Richard Cox, David Grissom and Will Hudson.
