Gloucester Point: Phyllis Jean Campbell Noland, 69, died May 7, 2015 at her home. Her working career was as a secretary. Phyllis was a free spirit, humorous and lived her life well. She will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Coy and Mozelle Campbell; husband, James T. Noland; brother, Bobby E. Campbell; and sister, Barbara N. Ascar.
She is survived by her sister, Jo Ann C. Brinson; brother, Donald Glenn Campbell and wife, Christel; nephews, Garland W. Brinson, Gerald C. Brinson, Jeffrey Glenn Brinson and Daniel Hermann Campbell; and nieces, Debbie Easterling and Rebecca Lynn Mangrum.
Graveside funeral service officiated by Bishop David Bonds will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Peninsula Memorial Park. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 6 until 7:30 p.m. at the home of Phyllis, 1605 York River Drive, Gloucester Point, VA 23062.
