He was a WWII Veteran. Bill retired from Colonial Bakery after 30 years of service and then, along with his wife, opened Bill's Sandwich Shop. He was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church.
Preceding him in death are his parents, one sister, and three brothers.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 67 years, Barbara Robertson; daughter, Janie Parker (Pat) of Shreveport; son, William "Bubba" Robertson, II (Marsha) of El Dorado; three grandchildren, Nick Parker (Tammy), Matt Parker (Kelly) both of Shreveport, Kim McNeill (Jonathan) of Rogers; and six great grandchildren, Hannah, Triniti, Kendall, Peyton, Kennedy, and MacKenzie Parker.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015, at St. Mary's Episcopal Church under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors with Father Charles Chapman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church 512 Champagnolle Rd., El Dorado, AR 71730.
