Ivan "Jack" Dawes, 75, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 1998, in Pembroke Pines, Fla.

Born May 23, 1922, in Johnston City to Elmer Oswin and Edna Rodden Dawes, he married Mary Anne Ewing. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Darrell "Corky"; one daughter, Kimberly Dawes; six brothers; and two sisters.

He was an accountant for PanAm Airlines.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
