Sharon – Erma L. Hoffman, 94, passed away on Thursday April 23, 2015 at Juniper Village in Sharon, PA.

Erma was born on October 27, 1920 in Cedar Rapids, Nebraska, a daughter of Otto and Edith (Meyer) Fisher.

She was a 1939 graduate of Albion High School in Nebraska and was employed as an inspector for Cushman Motor Company in Lincoln Nebraska during World War II.
She was a member of Sharpsville Church of the Nazarene where she taught Sunday school and took care of children in the nursery.
In her spare time she loved to do crafts and enjoyed cooking and baking, especially cakes and cookies.

She is survived by her two sons, Roger (Gracia) Hoffman of Brookfield and Larry (Marge) Hoffman of Hermitage; three grandchildren, Brian (Elizabeth) Hoffman, Joshua Hoffman, and Jennifer Mittal; three great- grandsons; and one sister Ruth Miller of Eugene, OR.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Norman L. Hoffman, whom she married on September 6, 1945 and who passed away on August 11, 2002, four sisters, and three brothers.

Interment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Hermitage, PA where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
