DIED.—At the residence of his son in Alexandria, on Monday April 8th, of inflammation of the bowels, Mr. Thomas Mott, aged 75 years. Mr. Mott was born in the state of New York and at an early day settled in Wisconsin. In 1861 he came to this state, locating in Dodge county, where, fifteen years ago he lost his wife. Two years ago he came to Alexandria and has lived with his son here ever since. Two sons and one daughter, — James, of Alexandria, and George, of Dodge Center, and Mrs. Sours, of Columbus, Wis. — survive him, all of whom were with him during his last hours.
The funeral was held yesterday afternoon, Rev. S. M. Wilcox, conducting the services.
