He was born July 21, 1911, at Frankfort, the son of Horace J. and Minnie Harvey Parmentier.
Mr. Parmentier was a farmer-stockman in Whiting since 1943.
He was married to Helen Grace Sharp, Jan. 6, 1937, at Frankfort. She survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Alice Howes, Golden, Colo.; three sisters, Mrs. Jane Holcomb, Garnett, Maude Jones and Mrs. Arbutus Jones, both of Frankfort' two brothers, William Parmentier, Frankfort, and Harold Parmentier, Marysville; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Whiting United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery, Mercer Funeral Home, Holton, is in charge of arrangements.
