Mollie Aberle Noonan was born in Alexandria, Minnesota on February 18, 1885, the daughter of christian and Dorothea Aberle. She grew to womanhood in Alexandria and was graduated from the Alexandria High School and attended college in Austin, Minn. She taught in the rural schools of Douglas County until her marriage to Phil J. Noonan on August 20, 1912.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Patricia Noonan Bryan of Las Vegas, Nevada, one son, P. James Noonan Jr. of Alexandria, six grandchildren, one great grandson and four sisters: Mrs. C. A. (Pauline) McCabe and Mrs. R. J. (Rebecca) Seng of St. Paul, Miss Clara Aberle of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Flora Forkel of Alexandria.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, two sisters, Caroline Aberle and Lillian Rued, and two brothers, Ray and Fred Aberle.
